WeMENTOR – Further Education Mentoring East Württemberg

Together with the East Württemberg Chamber of Industry and Commerce and the Graduate Campus of Aalen University, the Technical Academy Schwäbisch Gmünd opens up new avenues for appropriate qualification.

Further education mentors provide personal advice, identify learning needs, and highlight professional development opportunities. Additionally, the project qualifies in-company further education facilitators who serve as contact persons for their colleagues. In this way, WeMENTOR facilitates access to further education, promotes a lasting learning culture, and supports the securing of skilled labour in East Württemberg.
