a) Access, Erasure and Rectification
Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipients and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to rectification or erasure of this data.
b) Right to Restriction of Processing
You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. This means that your personal data will no longer be actively processed and will be kept in a locked archive for legal reasons.
c) Right to Data Portability
You have the right to have data that we process automatically handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

e) Withdrawal of Your Consent to Data Processing
You can withdraw consent already given at any time. The lawfulness of the data processing carried out until the withdrawal remains unaffected by the withdrawal.
f) Right to Lodge a Complaint with the Competent Supervisory Authority
In the event of violations of the GDPR, you have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.
When you use this website, various personal data are collected. We point out that data transmission over the Internet (e.g. when communicating by email) can have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
How do we collect your data?
Your data is collected on the one hand by you providing it to us. This may, for example, be data that you enter into a contact form. Other data is collected automatically or after your consent when visiting the website by our IT systems. This is primarily technical data. The collection of this data takes place automatically as soon as you enter this website.
What do we use your data for?
We use your data to ensure error-free provision of the website and to be able to offer you our services optimally.
For security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as orders or enquiries that you send to us as the site operator, this site uses SSL or TLS encryption. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from “http://” to “https://” and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL or TLS encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

This website is hosted by an external service provider (hoster). The personal data collected on this website is stored on the hoster’s servers.
This may primarily involve IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact details, names, website access and other data generated via a website.
The hoster is used on the basis of our legitimate interest in a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR). The hoster processes your data to display our website.
Our website automatically collects and stores information in so-called server log files, which your browser automatically transmits to us. These are:
This data is not merged with other data sources. The collection of this data is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in the technically error-free presentation and optimisation of our website – for this purpose, the server log files must be recorded.
If you contact us by email, telephone or fax or use the contact form, your enquiry including all resulting personal data (e.g. name, enquiry) will be stored and processed by us for the purpose of processing your request and in case of follow-up questions.
The processing of this data is based on Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. b) GDPR, provided that your enquiry is related to the performance of a contract or is necessary for the implementation of pre-contractual measures. In all other cases, the processing is based on our legitimate interest in the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR or on your consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR if this was requested.
The data sent to us by you via contact requests or entered in the contact form remains with us until you request us to delete it, withdraw your consent to storage or the purpose for data storage no longer applies (e.g. after your request has been processed). If this occurs, the data will be deleted. Mandatory statutory provisions – in particular statutory retention periods – remain unaffected.
We use so-called web fonts provided by Google on our website for the uniform display of fonts. Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street Dublin 4, Ireland) is responsible for the European region. We have integrated the Google fonts locally, i.e. on our web server – not on Google’s servers. As a result, there is no connection to Google servers and therefore no data transfer or storage.
Further information on Google Web Fonts can be found at Google FAQ and in Google’s privacy notice: Google Privacy Notice

The newsletter is sent directly by us. Your data will not be passed on to third parties or processors within the meaning of Art. 28 GDPR.
Purpose and Legal Basis
We process your data for the purpose of sending the newsletter based on your consent according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR. By unsubscribing from the newsletter, you can declare your withdrawal at any time with effect for the future according to Art. 7 Para. 3 GDPR. There is no legal or contractual obligation to provide your data, however, sending the newsletter is not possible without the provision of your data.
Storage Duration
After your successful confirmation of registration for the newsletter, we store your data until you withdraw your consent (unsubscribing from the newsletter) or directly after the purpose ceases to apply.
Type and Scope of Processing
Cloud services provide storage space and computing power over the Internet. Access to the cloud storage takes place either via an API or storage protocols. The TA-Cloud offers the option to back up data both internally and externally and to exchange it with each other. However, it should be noted that personal data of users and third parties can also be stored. The data provided is processed and stored on an external server. As a rule, this involves customer data such as name, email address, IP address or technical device information. This data is processed and managed within the framework of cloud use and in compliance with the applicable data protection laws. We use OwnCloud for this, from ownCloud GmbH, Rathsbergstr. 17, 90411 Nuremberg.
Purpose and Legal Basis
The legal basis for the use of our cloud is our legitimate interest according to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR in a good security and storage system. The legal basis for data that you provide to us or proactively upload is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) GDPR, your consent.
Storage Duration
In principle, data is only stored in the cloud for as long as is strictly necessary for the provision of the service or until your withdrawal.
We maintain so-called accounts, pages or channels on the networks mentioned below in order to provide you with information and offers within social networks and to offer you further ways to contact us. The legal basis is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in presenting our offer on selected social media platforms.
Data we receive from you and which we process:
If you contact us via direct message, we generally process your username through which you contact us and, if necessary, store further data provided by you, insofar as this is necessary to process/answer your request. The legal basis for this is Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a) and b) as well as f) GDPR. A legitimate interest exists in the effective processing of the enquiries addressed to us.
(Statistical) usage data that we receive from the social networks
We automatically receive statistical values regarding our account via certain functionalities. The statistics include, among other things, “likes”, information on page activities and post interactions, reach, video views/plays as well as information on the proportion of men/women among our followers.
Data that social networks process from you:
You do not have to be a member of the social network to be able to view the content of our accounts. Please note that social networks process data when called up even without a user account. Cookies and similar technologies are also used for this, over which we have no influence. Details on this can be found in the privacy policy of the respective social network. As soon as you want to interact with the content on our accounts, prior registration with the respective social network and the provision of personal data is required. It cannot be ruled out that your data will also be stored outside the EU and passed on to third parties.

This information is used to provide us, as the operator of the pages, with statistical information about the use. Further information on this can be found at: Instagram Privacy Notice
By means of the transmitted statistical information, it is not possible for us to draw conclusions about individual users. We only fall back on these to be able to respond to the interests of our users and to continuously improve our online presence and ensure its quality. This collection usually includes your name, message content, comment content and, if applicable, the profile information you have provided “publicly”.

If you as a user have given consent to data processing to the social network, the legal basis for processing extends to Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. a).
Due to the fact that the actual data processing is carried out by Meta Inc., our access options to your data are limited. Only the provider is capable of full access to your data. Because of this, only the provider can directly take and implement appropriate measures to fulfil your rights (request for information, request for erasure, objection, etc.). The assertion of corresponding rights is therefore most effective directly against the respective provider: Contact options at Instagram. We are jointly responsible with Meta Inc. for the personal content of our account.
Primary responsibility for the processing of insights data (Instagram’s statistics function) lies with Meta Inc. according to the GDPR. Thus, Meta Inc. must ensure all obligations from the GDPR with regard to the processing of insights data. We do not make any decisions regarding the processing of insights data and all other information resulting from Art. 13 GDPR, including legal bases, identity of the controller, storage duration of cookies on user end devices, etc.
