General Terms and Conditions

Registration

In writing, using the enclosed reply card, as an informal letter

Internet: www.technische-akademie.de.
Preferably up to 14 days before the start of the event. Registrations are considered in the order they are received; participants will receive a written invitation in good time before the event begins.

Payment Terms

Please transfer the participation fee within 14 days of receiving the invoice.

Cancellation

The Technische Akademie reserves the right to cancel educational events if participation is insufficient; information regarding this will be provided in good time.

Withdrawal

In writing, no later than 5 working days before the start of the event (receipt by TA is decisive) without stating reasons. Participants who withdraw later or do not attend the seminars, or only attend for part of the time, will be charged the full participation fees.

Change of Lecturers

A change of lecturers does not entitle the participant to withdraw from the contract or to a reduction in fees. Classes cancelled due to a lecturer’s absence will be rescheduled or taught by a qualified substitute.

Liability

The Technische Akademie is not liable for damages incurred by participants during their attendance at the event, unless these are due to wilful intent or gross negligence on the part of TA employees
or their vicarious agents.
