Together with the Baden-Württemberg Consumer Centre, the Technische Akademie Schwäbisch Gmünd develops practical information and learning materials in plain language. This enables more people to learn about their rights and make autonomous decisions in everyday life.
The materials address everyday consumer protection issues and are tested in basic education courses. Understandable texts, clear examples, and practical exercises facilitate access – especially for adults with basic educational needs and people learning German. The project strengthens consumer education, breaks down language barriers, and promotes social participation.
