QualiBatt BW

QualiBattBW is a Baden-Württemberg qualification project that prepares skilled workers for the growing battery industry. The focus is on the development and piloting of modular learning and further training programmes along the entire battery value chain, from development and cell production to application, recycling, and re-utilisation. The offering is complemented by advice and networking, enabling companies and employees to find suitable qualification measures and successfully manage technological changes. The Technical Academy, as a central educational partner, is significantly involved in the project and is responsible, among other things, for the development of innovative learning media.
