The course provides fundamental knowledge of merchandise management, warehousing, transport and logistics, and offers a practical introduction to the industry.

Module: Compact (30 teaching units)

Module: Intensive (60 teaching units) – Content from the Compact Course, deepened and expanded to include:

• Warehouse Logistics
• Order Processing
• Supply Chain Management
• Transport Planning
• Quality Assurance
• Additional Practical Exercises

The course takes place in person at the Technische Akademie Schwäbisch Gmünd.

Who can participate? Individuals employed by companies. Private individuals may also participate if they cover the costs themselves.

Funding: The participation fee is subsidised by 45% through the Specialist Courses funding programme of the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus). Funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism Baden-Württemberg with resources from the European Union.
