The course provides fundamental knowledge for activities in household-related services, catering and the hygiene sector. Practical exercises support direct application in everyday professional life.

Module: Compact (30 TU)

• Important hygiene standards
• Work processes
• Safe handling of work equipment
• Basic technical terminology

Module: Intensive (60 TU) – Content of the compact course, deepened and expanded by:

• Work organisation
• Customer orientation
• Quality standards
• Professional use of cleaning and work materials
• Additional practical phases

The course takes place in person at the Technische Akademie Schwäbisch Gmünd.

Who can participate? Individuals who are employed in companies. Private individuals can also participate if they bear the costs themselves.

Funding: The participation fee is subsidised by 45% via the European Social Fund Plus (ESF Plus) specialist course funding programme. Funded by the Ministry of Economic Affairs, Labour and Tourism Baden-Württemberg from European Union funds.
